As a qualified mathematician, I have been involved in many projects over the past 30 years. My specialty is human-to-machine communication. I test software for correct function and usability. I also design interfaces for software applications. Programming is not my job. There are young people who are much faster.
Communication also means documenting processes and the use of applications. In this way I can enable users to understand and operate software systems.

In the past few years, I have published several books on software applications. FAQs and information systems are also part of my work.

I can provide professional support to companies from Canada and the USA in creating documentation and marketing materials for customers in Germany.

I work with Apple® devices and use Adobe® software, so I deliver my work as ID, Ai, PSD or PDF-Files.



I create websites with WordPress and use various plugins to set up FAQs, shops, appointment and event booking systems and forms.



I am familiar with various ERP software solutions, accounting, organization and customer relationship management. This enables me to understand and evaluate similar systems and make suggestions for further development.



I write books for customer use about how to operate your software solution. Also, I take care of book publication and distribution, for example via Amazon.
